Credits are charged per exchange, not by time — idle time costs nothing. Each completed voice exchange (your message + Airi's reply) costs approximately 40 credits depending on message length and voice duration.
Every new account starts with 500 free credits — enough for roughly 12 voice exchanges (~7 minutes of active speaking time) to get you started.
You can top up credits anytime from the billing section inside the app.
What languages does Airi speak?
Airi speaks English fluently.
What is the difference between Cheerful and Sarcastic?
Cheerful Airi is warm, encouraging, and enthusiastic — great for study sessions, creative brainstorming, or when you need a positive boost.
Sarcastic Airi is witty and deadpan, with a sharp sense of humour — perfect if you enjoy playful banter. Both personalities are equally capable at answering questions and helping with tasks.
Can Airi see my screen?
Yes. If you grant permission, Airi can capture your screen or a specific window and describe or discuss what she sees. This is useful for getting feedback on your work, debugging code, or getting help with anything on screen. You stay in full control — screen capture can be stopped at any time.
Are my conversations stored?
Conversation history is stored securely so Airi can remember context across sessions. History is retained for up to 90 days. You can request full deletion of your data by emailing sales@adsmediamix.id. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Credits are one-time purchases and are generally non-refundable. If you believe there was a billing error, please contact us at sales@adsmediamix.id within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.
My microphone is not working. What should I do?
Make sure your browser has microphone permission for alvadelia.com (check the lock icon in your address bar).
Refresh the page and try again.
If using Chrome, go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Site Settings → Microphone and ensure alvadelia.com is allowed.
Check that no other app is exclusively using your microphone.
