1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Airi ("the Service") at alvadelia.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Airi is an AI English speaking companion designed to help users practice English conversation, build speaking confidence, and develop communication skills through voice and text interaction with a Live2D avatar, powered by large language models and speech technologies. The Service is intended for English learners, students, professionals, and anyone seeking to improve their speaking fluency. The Service is operated by PT Acarindo Internasional.

3. Account Registration

• You must sign in with a valid Google account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You must not create accounts for the purpose of abuse, spam, or circumventing restrictions.

4. Credits and Payments

• The Service operates on a credit-based system. New accounts receive 500 free credits upon registration.
• Additional credits can be purchased through our payment provider (Polar.sh).
• Credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
• We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

Airi is provided for English learning, communication practice, productivity, and safe educational interaction. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, defamatory, or abusive content.
• Generate, request, simulate, or distribute sexual, pornographic, erotic, or adult-oriented content, including sexual roleplay, intimate companion interactions, or any content intended for sexual gratification.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract AI model responses at scale.
• Impersonate other persons or entities.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law.
• Transmit malware or conduct cyberattacks.

6. AI-Generated Content

Airi's responses are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.). You use AI-generated content at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software comprising the Service are owned by PT Acarindo Internasional or licensed to us. The Live2D models used are licensed from their respective rights holders. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Unused credits at account termination are forfeited.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
