Payment data: Billing information is processed by our authorised third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and server logs.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve the Airi AI English speaking practice service.
To manage your account, credits, and billing.
To personalise conversations based on your preferences and history.
To send service-related emails (e.g. low-credit alerts).
To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

Google: For OAuth authentication.
Authorised payment providers: To process credit purchases. Payment details are handled entirely by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.
Authorised AI infrastructure providers: Your prompts, voice transcripts, and related interaction data may be processed by authorised AI infrastructure providers solely to deliver the Service.
Law enforcement: When required by applicable law.

5. Data Retention

We keep your account data and your conversation history for as long as your account exists, so Airi can pick up where you left off. You can ask us to delete your conversation history, what Airi remembers about you, or your whole account at any time by contacting us, and we will do it.

6. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We also use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used, which sets its own analytics cookies in your browser; it measures usage in aggregate and we do not use advertising cookies or sell your data. Your conversations with Airi are never sent to Google Analytics.

7. Your Rights

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed session tokens, and restricted database access. No system is 100% secure; we encourage you to use a strong Google account password.

Airi is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
